It's not Euopean and I don't know on which car it is based on.
It seems to be a showcar for a company which is related to cars in a certain way, but doesn't built cars

Hmm well if the GPS manufacturer link is true I will have to find some more.

Hopefully won't be quite as bad as Sketched 2!

It has much to do with GPS, but that company has a more 'traditional' history..
