Hope Whisper II, 1986-1988, a FWD electric car from Denmark. Front doors borrowed from a VW Polo Mark II, fiberglass body.

It should be, but your puzzle was the Hope Whisper II as well - so don't forget to modify the heading. The original Hope Whisper was a totally different car
