This is the NSU 110 - based Kirchler

The self-built car was first published in 1971. It was based on a NSU 110 (1100cc with 53 HP), but was later swapped from a tuned TT engine.
My NSU book reveals no infos about the builder, but obviousely it was Mr. Kirchler himself.
