It´s the 1969 GT Strada of Conte Volpi for Serenissima

Obviousely also a reader of German 'Oldtimer Markt" classic car magazine... ;)

This is the later "Agena" version of the car with integrated rear spoiler: (a little bit more common, but also very hard to find!)
