Hi, that is the Cassini Alfa-Cadillac. Henrique Cassini modified his Alfa monoplace in this Alfa-Cadillac in 1956.

That's the Alfa-Cadillac , a Brazilian prototype built by Henrique Cassini in 1956.

I believe the correct name should be Henrique Casini.
