I had this car identified as a 1952 Orix (a blatant VW ripoff). Is this something else, or are both cars of this make & year?

As we learned in a puzzle from grobmotorix a couple of years ago, the Beetle-looking Orix is the Escarabajo

Ray's puzzle is the very first Orix car, hence, no model name.
