Vindicator?

I've got to admit I've never seen this one in 10 years of being around the kit car scene in the uk.

Looks like it was built or based on a 2001 car by the numberplate though.

Looks like a Car Craft Zero, based on a Fiat 126 built in UK in early 1990s
