I think it's an MGB by Coune, but I'm not sure he made roadsters too.
It's as much fun to scare as to be scared

Allrighty.
A google search has provided the answer.
It's a Gemini Spyder, based on a 1966 MGB and built by Coune.
It's as much fun to scare as to be scared
