It is a kit known as the 250F SportsSpyder built by the Automotive Addiction Company.

Although you haven't got the name quite right you obviously know what it is so the point is yours.

Note for Djetset if he reads this:  It's Made in Hong Kong by the Automobile Addiction Company Ltd!
