It is a Fiat 850 Shellette Beach Car, yes, so I've given you your point.
Don't know about it being by Michelotti however as I can't find any evidence for that.  It does look like a Michelotti design though, I agree.

As you say, sure Allessandro will straighten us out on that one?  Alessandro?
