It looks Spanish for some reason (well, or of other Southern European origin), and that engine might be a V8, though I'm not sure from this angle...

Because the JTS Design web site appears to be offline, I haven't been able to find a lot of information about this car.  From the following images, it looks like a very small, light car, powered by a Holden V8 engine.  The instrument panel assembly seems to be from a mass-produced car, not sure which one.
