By the way, I have it simply as Drews Volkswagen Cabriolet, but it was stated to be shot in Curitiba, so I tend to believe you without any proof.

Drews Sportcabrio, a Brazilian car from Curitiba, designed by the German Joachim Drews

It was a modified Drews VW Sport-Cabriolet (see https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2009-37/solved-neh-42-vw-sport-cabriolet-by-drews), but it was not built by Joachim Drews, but by his uncle Erwin Drews who emigrated to Curitiba, Brasil, in 1951 where he founded a metal workshop of his own.
