I`m posting this one directly in the Pro section because I won`t be much around to give many clues....
I`ll try to answer as fast as possible but don`t expect miracles!

Does it?
I've got little piece of info about this one, and there is nothing about Costin, but it sure looks like one of his design.

Prototype / one-off, or an example of a series-produced car?

I think it's a one-off named after its builder, even if I found its name in a list of manufacturers...I'll be more precise looking in my books...

Yes,it is, but this man was not so linked to this brand to lead you to the solution, moreover it is a brand to which you can associate really a lot of names...

OK.

Is this car based on something run-of-the-mill, or is it mostly unique? In other words is it a re-bodied "something", or a ground-up creation?

I have the name of the car and the model designation, the other man who did the body and little few more. I will say that is a ground-up creation, probably with some elements from the previously (un)mentioned brand. I know it's not much but it's all I've got here...

That's the car....I'm sure you found it while you was looking for another one, probably a Lotus special?
That was really hard, because I only have this pic and there is a reference about this car in only one site (just a huge list of manufacturers).  :applause:

Exactly, I was looking for the answer to GTC #84 http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=6112.0 and thought it looked familiar.
