It's a Stevens, Brooks Stevens.
An Excalibur J, glassfiber body with Henry J underpinnings.

Created by Brooks Stevens indeed on a Henry J chassis, with Willys or Alfa engines. I don't think it was sold under his name or only as the Excalibur J. But you've got the point.
