Fly10 seems to be Count Bertrand de Lesseps' 'Auto Aero'.

I wonder how's possible that the 4 bonus tracks are still there. 2 of them have been identified, one is well known by at least one Autopuzzler and the last one is too recent to be obscure!

Here's the #3
This tells us that it was made by Robert Bourbeau and Henri Devaux, who were the owners of Bédélia (same address, 32 rue Félicien David). So I guess it's a Bédélia, but i still have to check.
Finally!
I thought it was that, but was waiting for an expert on French cars... I have no record of a Bédélia like this, but the coincidences are many...can you find any prove of that?
If you google the address, you will easily find a page about Bedelia, with the name of its two owners (not fully readable on your picture). But I could find no relation between Bedelia and this propeller car. Except that in 1911 a special model equipped with a airplane engine won the course de côte of Gaillon. Had this special model also a propeller?
In the meantime, let's call it simply a Bourbeau-Devaux.
On the plate, I think you can read (bottom left) BD2.
BD2 was a model name for the Bedelia. Maybe this car was a special order from a special customer (they did this quite often, I read), a try at a propeller-type car.
I'm not looking for a prove that it is a Bédélia, (the plate was quite revealing) but I was hoping that someone knew a car like this made by them.
The BD2 suggest a car made around 1910 and the "special model" theory is quite convincing...
If someone has more details, He's wellcome...

The last picture cames from a '57 magazine, that is available online, and that is not Popular Science....
You really want that one solved, don't you?
I've been through the whole lot of them by the summary and couldn't find it. I don't feel dumb enough yet to search them page by page...
It's a pity, but I can't suggest you to make a search with some key-words such as ' three-wheel' or 'airplanes'... ;D
...oh, and that is a jet canopy....
Well, the funniest thing is that I've had for years this particular copy of PM on my bookshelf.
This one was brought to the attention of its editors by its maker, one William T. Rogers from Billings, Montana.
Well, I've been in Billings and didn't see it.

400 is one point less but it's classier. Can't I stay at 400 and enjoy it for awhile?
