Well, it looks like a Model A Ford, so perhaps it's a GAZ A from the USSR

It is, but could you be more specific? NATI was just a name of NAMI through 1931-1946. I'll lock this for you until your next reply. Please, all the others don't make your guesses until then.

It looks like the Sport version of the NATI-2, a touring car made between 1932 and 1940
