I have it as Itala 11 (it was shown at Velocità exhibition in Turin under this name last year).
Another site has (seemingly) the same car as 1925 Itala Mod II.

Itala developed 2 monoplaces, this Type 11, V12-cyl, 1094cc in 1925 and a Type 15, V12-cyl, 1450cc in 1926.
