Hi there...

This is a Michelotti bodied Vignale car... My guess would have to be from this angle a Lancia Aurelia but wheels look Fiat... hmm

Vignale is correct.
Michelotti was not (officially at least) involved.
Not Fiat nor Lancia.

I have it as a 1953 car.

It was introduced at the 1954 World Motor Sports Show at Madison Square Garden.
