One point for identification of this car.

I know nothing about it.

It is from Paris - at least that's what the number plate tells us

Victor Bouffort's microcar from 1952. I have another pic of it in a book, same plate:
'Victor Bouffort produced a revolutionary, egg-shaped microcar in 1952. He made a tour through Germany to try and sell his design there. There was a lot of interest, but nobody took out a licence. He must have inspired some, because it didn't take very long before Egon Brutsch came up with a very similar vehicle, which he claimed was his own idea'

If I were him, I'd  :bag: now!

It may also go by the name Bouffort Peardrop.  There is a cool video on YouTube, just search for "peardrop".

Here is a colorized image of the same car, but with a canvas roof.
