I've seen that somewhere, but can't remember what it is.
That doesn't deserve a point, hey?
Let me take one of my wild guesses: A Fiat 850 spyder with Bertone body

Edit: All my search told me was that the Fiat 850 spyder had a Bertone body anyway...

Even an official history of Metzeler tells any word neither about Metzeler Delta nor Delta V, so I ask if anyone could tell me more about this rare car..

The German Tire-Company Metzeler made this study in the 70th - Metzeler Delta V.  It was planned as a kit-built for home! 1285 ccm, 40 PS, 4 Zylinders.  Our 300 blue and nice Metzeler-Elephants would like to own this car *smile* - but it was never built!

"...seltenes Sportwagen-Prospekt 'Metzeler Delta 1; Kunststoff weist neue Wege (Fahrzeug aus Kunststoff am Prototyp Delta 1 erkannt man die Bedeutung der modernen Kunststoffe im Automobilbau)', 6-seitiges Faltprospekt, mit Beipackzettel 'Techn. Daten', 70er Jahre, gelocht, Zust.:2".
