I'll promote this to the Expert level - although I believe there are people on this forum that will know what it is...

Prototype for Sylva Riot - certainly looks like a Jeremy Philips design.

It's obviously very similar - but as far as I can tell, it hasn't got anything to do with the Sylva Riot.
