I agree with the car, but I would say it was designed by Pio Manzù.

The final version (see pic) was indeed styled by Pio Manzu, but by my knowledge this prototype was designed by Sergio Sartorelli.

Sergio Sartorelli was the leader of OSI's design department. Pio Manzu did the design of the (later) orange car whereas Austrian designer Werner Hölbl actually styled the puzzle car. 'G' stood for Giacosa, '31' for the project number
