I found of a picture of a Ratier 750 Sports car, also available in a fixed-head coupe. The grille and the badge are pretty the same. Is this a Ratier?

Phew, at last! This one hung around for much longer than I expected. Well done PJ, it is indeed a French Ratier 750 6CV from 1926, which existed briefly in 2-seater Torpedo or 3-seat coupe styles.
