Hi, this is the Fusi Ferro Aurora... details will follow..

Ray B.

Can't a swell puzzle like that remain quietly unsolved for a few days?

The details are welcome, but you're right anyway.

Here you are:
Fusi-Ferro - The only exemplar of this builder was the Aurora 8, a prototype shown at the Turin Salon of 1948. It had a retractable plexiglass top and independant suspensions. The engine was a 8 cylinders in line of 1086 cc and 60 CV at 6000 r/m, automatic gear, side camshaft distribution.
I hope my english is quite correct!

It looks like a chopped and channeled Nash Airflyte might have looked....

Although viewed from a different angle, this car seems to have already appeared here:

3) These puzzles must be merged
4) No points for this puzzle.. I'm sorry :( No more points from me for the puzzles that have been already solved..

Merged

I don't see why points would be awarded if he found the car here, or anywhere else on the net. I've awarded a point to Ehhxekt

The mysterious 1086cc 'otto cilindri' is in fact nothing more than a compound of two assembled Fiat Topolino engines.

I can't find this one on a search, but would be surprised if it has not already been posted before.  Anyway, for a point, please give me the full name and year.

It seems that this is a repost, but as we have so many new puzzlers, perhaps we can keep it here for a while to see if the Rookies can solved it.

Yes, re-posts are fine provided they are not of puzzles that are too recent.
I don't move mine up through the boards though and tend to merge them if they're not re-solved by Rookies!

A sound practice - I support that 100%.
