Hi, this is a Cleco....
Cleco (GB) 1936-1940
Cleco electric Industries Ltd, Leicester
"The Cleco firm specialized in light battery-electric vans, but made a small number of electric saloon cars on a 6ft 6in wheelbase."
Paul Jaray in ambush again. Right ! I think it's worth 2 points.
I never found anything else that this picture. Do you have others (without breaking any rules).
I have this only pic, too, but I'm waiting for a big Encyclopedia to be delivered at any time, probably in there....

Unfortunately no..
1936-1940
Cleco Electric Industries Ltd, Leicester.
Founded in 1936, Cleco specialised in battery electric vehicles, mostly factory and platform trucks, although some road-going vehicles of the milk float variety were made. Their car was a tiny saloon on a 78in (1981 mm) wheelbase which had the appearance of a stunted Volkswagen Beetle. ;D A range of about 55 miles was claimed, but this could only be achieved at an average speed of 15mph (23 km/h). Its price of 375 (pounds) would have bought three Morris Eights, so it is hardly suprising that only six were sold. Cleco continued electric van production up to 1957.

Amazing! Thanks, Arunas.
