Well, it's not a true Rolls-Royce, of course. The man this cart was created for is on the picture. Not the man who did it, but is is well known too.

BTW, the reason I wasn't entirely sure is, the picture I have of Stevens with the car has a different windshield, with the wiper at the bottom. The bumper and grille have been modified, as well. Maybe the Rolls lawyers came after him...

I guess they did, but that didn't deter Stevens too much, because he just changed for a Mercedes radiator shell it seems.
