I've never seen or heard of this in my life!  Do you know what car it was based on, as the looks French, and possibly Renault 4CV/Dauphine, or 2CV? :  I'd be very interested to know. )

The engine is from a Renault 16, and it is French indeed  ;)

I think the correct family name of the builder is Foudral, not Fourdral. You can find both in connection with this car, but when you are looking for family names in Haute-Savoie there are many Foudral, but no Fourdral. And there was a Daniel Foudral (1939-2008).

This car is also known as DF 002, the second car built by Daniel Foudral. DF 001 can be seen here: https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2014-43/sac319-df-001-(daniel-foudral-)-1970/
