I would have guessed Formula V

I think they used 4 bolt wheels on Formula V's in Brazil.

Metalshapes is right that this is a Formula V car, not a Formula Ford.  Now that it's been narrowed down, it should be easy to get the answer.

The answer is far not so obvious as you thought, Djetset The Vee's were very similar to each other...

Is it a European car? Swiss?

P.S. Could you PM me some info on a book you are taking these shots from? Not to solve all your puzzles of course, but just of pure interest?

I wish a good reference book existed with these Formula cars in Faksta, but I don't have one.  This photo (plus the Ginetta you identified yesterday) came from some 'For Sale' ads I found in the back of some old magazines I was sorting through.

To the best of my (limited) knowledge, the car is European, but not Swiss.

You got it right second time around, as this is a Bora which (to the best of my knowledge) is French (but you may know otherwise).  Well done.
