Let this be a puzzle.
I'd like to know more about this car than I do know, so there's one point for telling me the name of this car I have and one point for exact an accurate information about it.
Appears to be a shortened Renault 4CV.
Half of a Renault 4 = Renault 2 :D :D
Shortened Renault 4 by a french company called Bertin, in 1969

I have never heard about that company. You score 2 points if You can add anything more or somehow prove Your answer (here or by PM). Locked till the next reply.
Believe him, he's right.
I have a couple of other views of it...
It seems this car is not as obscure as I thought it is. Thus, I award franck.kegelart with one point and move it to solved.
More pictures:
This car is quite widely known in France. It appears in many French Renault 4 books (l'Album Renault 4, Renault 4 de Mon Pere, etc.) and was featured in an extensive article in the French R4L magazine in June 2008 (which I saw but unfortunately didn't buy at the time).
Interestingly Jean Bertin was one of the senior engineers involved in the amazing Aerotrain 'aircraft without wings,' the early-1960s to mid-1970s 'hover' train project developed for SNCF and RATP. The Aerotrain 01 was powered by two 50hp Renault Gordini engines (hence Bertin's connections with Renault). The 'mono rail- style' tracks for the prototype Aerotrain still exist today, and can be seen running along side the main road from leading from Orlean to Paris, stopping near the main turning for Chartes. I will add some photos shortly.
In the mid/late 1970s Jean Bertin also developed a fan-powered car, which I have a small printed leaflet for somewhere. When I find it I will add some more images to the site.
As promised, here are some photos of Jean Bertin's fantastic Aerotrain 01 (from 1963), Aerotrain 02 (1969) and the Bertin prototype. Enjoy!
And here's the Bertin Terraplane BC6
Meanwhile the front damage has been repaired: :)
