I am posting this request here not as a puzzle since it is too obvious it is Lotus, but my question is what Lotus it is? Could anyone help me with its identity, please?

About the lotus, it's quite easy:
google "coys lotus etna", you should find a pdf file with that lot of cars. Read the descriptions and you'll find all the pictured cars!

Thanks!! According to what's written there and to the numberplate it appears to be an obscure Lotus Elan F100, doesn't it?

That was my conclusion too, but didn't notice the numberplate
