I still think someone started out with a TVR Vixen and decided to update it!
Look at the doors; the side windows; the rear window; the bonnet shut-lines.
All near identical to the late '60s Vixen!

Google this car. You should find the site of the builders. You will see the base there as well.

I just did as you suggested and Googled this car and see there are strong TVR connections; they did indeed get their inspiration from the TVR Vixen/Tuscan.  I see these are the guys who propose to make that Titan, reminiscent of the wide-body Tuscans of about 1970/71; I've seen that car and must say thought it looked OK although all the TVR guys poured scorn on to it and dismissed it out of hand!

And by the way Arunas - it's Megaera not Magaera!

Just thinking about it I was absolutely spot-on with my original reply, just didn't come up with the correct name...
