A 1910 Stevens Duryea model Y. The place should be around Mars Hill, Arizona. I can't find who built it.
Here with William Lowell Putnam (his great nephew) at the wheel.

That's it! I didn't need the builder (though I believe Stevens-Duryea covers it  ;) )

With the generous clues given throughout this thread, I was surprised it proved so difficult.
