Avalanche clear - er, notice, terrier?

I've been getting slowly nowhere with this one, but having memorised the common letters that are missing from the anagram, I knew that when I eventually came across it, it would jump off the screen at me, which it just has.

This is it.




It's an ARC Narval, made by ARC Industrie, a French manufacturer of composite materials, ARC standing for Atelier-Recherche-Création.

Unfortunately, to make things even more difficult, there was a spelling mistake in the thread, which gave the second word as "recherce", without the second H.

So bearing that in mind, Avalanche clear - er, notice, terrier? rearranges to:

Atelier-Recherc(h)e-Creation Narval.

Well, thank you. I've been solving cryptic crosswords for decades, and I'm probably better at that than identifying cars.

It's good practice for..... well..... solving crosswords and anagram puzzles. Completely useless for anything else!
