Probably quite easy. Who is this lad, and what name should be affixed to his vehicle?

No. It may have been made to look like a Packard. However, it appeared publicly with a name painted on its hood and cowl, part of which I've left intact in this photo.

This is child actor Davey Lee in the Warner Brothers Special, 1930. Reported to be a scale replica of a Barney Oldfield car, although I'm not sure which one of his cars it was modelled on.
