My source doesn't mention a military connection, but I suppose it's not impossible. I'll have to check when I'm at home tonight, but I don't think the setting has any military relation.

The other car is indeed a Goliath, but I know of no relation between the 2 cars. To add to the difficulty. The website where I found this car has been changed and the car is no longer mentioned there.
