Rookies, do your stuff!

Panhard?
No not a Panhard
does it have doors - as I can't see any shut lines on the side of the body??
You've spotted it correctly, no (conventional) doors!
So either the entire glasshouse swings open, or you get in through the side window (which would be worse than getting in a 7 type with the roof on - i have done so)
The glasshouse swings open, indeed ;)

Morgan Plus 4 Plus
I think you'll find that the Morgan does have doors...
According to a recent post in a French forum, it is a Hansa 1500 Roadster prototype.
Should a roadster not have an open top?

I bet that's a detachable hardtop...
After some Googling, I found it as a 1954 Hansa 1500 roadster with Polyesterharz-Aufbau made by Erich Übelacker.

 It's probably just a formality, but al that I'm missing is the make ;) Locked for you
Borgward, for sure. I didn't know that Hansa became an autonomous make in 1959. I admit that I have been a bit lucky when finding this post by Mister X. Such a strange coincidence...
That's it!
