It is indeed one 1920´s Helios Kleinwagen, built in Cologne by Helios Automobilbau-AG Köln Delfosse

Einfach etwas geblättert... ;D

Actually it was sheer luck, but found a drawing of the Helios in a magazine. Though the body work is slightly different the overall proportions match the puzzle car, so, I made a try.
Will scan and post it later.
