Who can tell me some facts about this vehicle?
Grob, your latest puzzles are fantastic!
great period pics and rare cars!
Thank you.
Maybe some will make it up to the pro-level... ;)
The hunter´s waiting... :D
I´d better send it one level higher.
Imperia 1935 from Germany ; the engine was a radial, supercharged 3-cylinder 2-stroke.
Good job, Franck!
The photography shows the 1935 Imperia Sportwagen prototype during the Berlin car exhibition.
And as you´ve already said, it featured a three-cylinder, two stroke, RADIAL engine with 750ccm (ca.54 cui).
It is - as far as I know - the only car produced by Imperia, Bad Godesberg/Germany (not to be mixed up with the belgian company Imperia , located at Nessonvaux).
It would be great to have some more pics of it - does anybody have another view of it?
The bodies of the Imperia Stromlinien Coupé were made by Autenrieth. (I hoped this would be one part of the puzzle requirements..)
Alas this car project was way too expensive for the small motor-cycle company (app. 50 cars were built) and Imperia went bust in 1935.
I think I´ll award Allemano one special point for the coachbuilder Autenrieth.
I did not know that before and I´ve never seen another picture of this very interesting project!
Thanks! :)
Thanks, guys -- I'd been looking for more pictures of this car myself. Figures I wouldn't recognize it from the original puzzle pic!

...
Thank you!

Another rare photo of this cw=0,35 car:
I think that the picture in reply 12 doesn't show the Imperia, but the Volkhart V-1 from 1938: http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=23343
It looks similar, because both cars were brainchilds of Kurt Volkhart.
I realized when it was posted, but forgot to ask then. Wendax is right.
Oha, sorry - surely you´re right. I´ve deleted the photo.
A (damaged) brochure with a nice graphic design:
And another 1935 clipping:
