That one looks familar to me. Can't seem to recall what it is but is Scorpion the model name?

Looks like it is from the movie Cars. I am guessing some sort of Toyota.

I hate to revisit this but I am new here, this car is part of my stomping grounds and this is a Victoria 250. It is not a Spatz.

They are separate cars built by separate companies.  However, they both have the same roots and one preceded the other.

The B.A.G. Spatz was similar and licensed to be built from Brütsch but later was handed over to Victoria where some changes were made including the one piece windscreen (which this car has)

There is no "Victoria Spatz" unless someone can convince me otherwise.
