Expert Point on the way...
Andino
based on parts of Fiat and Renault built by Luis Varela
ah somebody was just a bit earlier.
I had it as a Andino GT prototipo deportivo based on Renault Gordini mechanics , but this is not exactly the same as the one in Otto's puzzle. Not sur that one has a model designation

Very close. Right brand, correct ID of Renault mechanicals. Locked for you, for 24 hours.
So it is not built by Luis Varela? or is it some thing else you're looking for?
Ok I found some more info on this car.
Andino GT 1967
Designer: Luis Varela
The bodywork was done by Lito CIT and by Jorge Cepeda's copany in Buenos Aires Bolivar.
The chassis was built by the Spina Brothers.
First cars where equipped with a Renault engine 850 by Gordini.
No official numbers but arround a 50 cars where built
I have a slightly different model designation ('GT' is not compete)
I found these pictures with the following discription.
Varela junto al Andino GT. Detalles del interior
and the third pictures sais.
Varela y sus colaboradores, junto al Andino GT el día de la presentación en el Autódromo de 9 de Julio en agosto de 1968 (Foto por gentileza de Luis Varela)
Both pictures are from articles with full discription of this car, the history and its designer.
No mentioning other then Andino GT though, or is it Andino GTA (Gran Tursimo Argentino)??
