I knew I should have posted this one some steps below...

This is a picture scanned out of an old 1978 italian "autosprint" magazine, by the way.

But I still do need a correct model designation to award you the next point.

considering the difficulties these engineers had to bear a pretty cool design!

I think it's very cool! I'd definitely roll in that! The orange paint really suits it too. Proof that even in the strangest of places, the 1970s produced some fantastic designs.
Has there ever been a book about homebuilt cars from the old soviet bloc? It's a fascinating subject that must be more-or-less unknown by most car enthusiasts,

There's a  German book available about cars of the eastern bloc with one small chapter about Ex-Soviet homebuilts. Unfortunately only few cars are pictured.
