That's correct. I believe this is the only example of this vehicle, in this strictly cosmetic configuration.

Hmmm...

I'll check when I get home; I'm pretty sure this picture is from the 1960's.

That seemed obvious to me too, but I couldn't get any further.

Sort of. Jeep pickups and Wagoneer's of the time shared much externally and within.

This one's a pickup.

"built by Jeep" means it had a different name?

Otto Puzzell

Oddly, no name was given for it.

An important piece of information that might help you with solving this one. 'Jeep', in the 1960's was a brand owned by a parent company with a storied past.

It was Kaiser-Jeep at the time, and this pickup doesn't exist. It's mimicking a Dodge, but it's just a retouched Jeep Gladiator, in an ad for, precisely, the Jeep Gladiator.

And the site says "This is a really cool ad. It is comparing the 1963 Gladiator to a nonexistent model pickup that I guess is supposed to look like a Dodge of the same vintage. But, if you look closely, it appears that this "Dodge" is actually based on a Gladiator, but with a higher suspension.. I guess that it is most likely an airbrushed photo, or the people at Kaiser built it themselves. The similarities include the fenders, fenderflares, the quad headlights, the front bumper, the shape of the hood, and the length of the bed, among other things. Funny, isn't it?"
