DB usually put their badge on their cars, which I can't see here. It doesn't mean that it's not a DB, I'm just not sure...

It was for sale a while back, and the seller listed is as a "DB Renault 750 Sport"

According to an article I found about this car, this should be the car raced by Gesmier in some Mille Miglia: it was a regular Berlina in 1954 (Gesmier-Queffeleant), then a barchetta in 1955 (just Gesmier), in 1956 with a different body as well as in 1957.
Not a word about the builder.
