I've been searching with no luck for the name for this one, ImpishGrin probably has it with Auto V.
I've seen the car a year or so in a newspaper and as far as I can remember it was built by Frank Costin and was used as his personal transport.

It is indeed Frank Costin's Auto V. It's really a rather a fabulous thing (I've been trying to post another pic but the site seems to be having problems)
