The car in Your picture looks a bit like the one named Jiangsu Kaiersimai, built by Yangzhou Kaiersimai Electric Appliance Technology Co.

Yes it was called Jiangsu Kaiersimai at the recent Copenhagen summit.
It also appears on some sites as the Homedense 120.
And probably a dozen other names...
