Looks like a mock- up of the Fend 2000, but that would be too obvious, now wouldn´t it.
Overall shape is similar, but there´s too many details that don´t match. On the Fend 2000 the wheel fairings were closed, and I can´t remember the NACA duct in the vehicle´s side.
