There is a Sbarro with two of those wheels. I don't suppose he also built this one?

Yes the rear wheel is for parking, but this is not a Sbarro (who debuted the system on the Robur, incidentally)

Such a system was featured in a newsreel from the 1930's. Some digging here at AutoPuzzles will uncover that very newsreel. :)
