Looks like a choped and channeled Saab 99.

Ah, I think it was my Swedish at fault. The builder does seem to be Björn Agren, rather than Sigge Johansson - can a Swedish speaker confirm this please?

Ooh...and with Spyker planning to build a Mini rival as a retro Saab 92 I hope they take a look back at this design!
