Do you know this?:
-
Up!
-
up up!
-
Time for a different angle:
-
German one-off?
-
Not German, but close..
-
Aus der Schweiz?
-
Jawohl, der Herr! ;D
-
Was Cegga a Swiss company? :-\
-
I don't know, but that doesn't matter for it isn't "CEGGA" ;D
-
Was Cegga a Swiss company? :-\
yes
-
Meanwhile I do know as I've posted a Cegga Ferrari a couple of weeks ago.
But back to work now....
-
Yep, thanks, I have found out that too :)
-
any Monteverdi connection?
-
No. As far as I know it is an on-off made by a man which isn't related to other known car makers.
-
Time to solve the old ones!
Schindler Spyder, 1970
-
What took you so long? Based on?
-
I'd say Porsche?

Still your Puzzle!

Huumm...I found several sources (and videos) and even the "schauinsland-klassik" entry-list calls it Schindler Spyder from 1970.
Another collection of pictures has it under the "wankel" tag, but can such a beauty be powered by a NSU engine?
-
I could, but it isn't a NSU in the back. The voice coming from the off in one of the videos says what it is...
(It's not that spectacular...)
-
VW motor, I don't know about other components like chassis though.
-
Sorry Impish, but it was still PJ's puzzle (reply#18), though you are right!
It was indeed based on a VW 1300.
1 pt for Paul Jaray. I would had given 2 pts for the complete answer, but now it will sleep with only one as well!
my old pics/sources are obviousely not online anymore.
-
No problem, I have some troubles with my connection and was not able to look that video...

Sorry, didn't notice that small line under that large picture :P

The car was built over a time span of 15 years until 1998. The base was a 1970 VW Beetle. The 1.6 litre engine was tuned by Hegglin to reach something between 70 and 80 hp.
