Well, i think the car existed before 1976 as well, but the picture is from 1976 Rallye Mont-Blanc.

Just to add a little more information on GECEM -

The builder was Michel Pernoud at Annecy.
Apparently three sports racing coupes were built between 1969 and 1977.
